1. Summary

Teamflect CallCue is a Chrome extension that runs locally in your browser to surface call-readiness signals on HubSpot and LemList pages. We designed it to need as little data as possible and to keep what it does need on your own device.

• No accounts. The extension does not require sign-up or login.
• No remote servers. CallCue does not transmit your data to our infrastructure.
• No tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking inside the extension.
• No selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

2. What CallCue accesses

The extension reads page content on the domains it is granted access to (HubSpot and LemList) so it can detect contact context, call windows, and signal states. This reading happens entirely inside your browser tab.

• Page content: contact name, time-zone hints, and visible state on the supported CRM pages — read in-memory, never copied off-device by us.
• Local preferences: orb position, dismiss/snooze state, and UI settings — stored in localStorage and sessionStorage on your machine.
• No keystrokes, passwords, payment data, or browsing history are read or stored.

3. What we collect

Nothing. The CallCue extension does not send personal data, page content, identifiers, or telemetry to Teamflect or any third party. All processing happens locally in your browser.

4. Permissions explained

• Host permissions (HubSpot, LemList): required to read CRM page state and render the orb on those pages.
• Storage: used to persist orb position and your dismiss/snooze choices on your device.
• activeTab / scripting: used to inject the orb UI into the active CRM tab when you open it.

5. Third-party services

The extension itself communicates with no third-party services. The marketing website (this domain) is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly visit counts on the website only — this does not affect or apply to the extension.

6. Data retention & deletion

Local extension data lives on your device until you remove it. To delete it: open chrome://extensions, click "Remove" on Teamflect CallCue, and confirm. This wipes all locally stored preferences.

7. Children

CallCue is a workplace productivity tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how the extension handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
